2004 Cabernet Sauvignon / Petite Sirah

Rich black/red in color with a bouquet of anise, quince and molasses, our first release under the Big Terra label is not for the faint of heart or palate! The California-grown, fruit from the Snows Lake Vineyards in Lake County California, have provided our wine making team an opportunity to blend 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Petite Sirah into a robust wine with a firm structure, smooth tannins and bramble berry fruit.
